Jen Roberts is the powerhouse behind JenFit Country Strength, a coaching brand built on resilience, real‑life experience, and a deep passion for helping others grow stronger in every season of life. Her journey into fitness wasn’t born from perfection — it was born from survival, grit, and the determination to rise above her own challenges.
Jen was diagnosed with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI), commonly known as brittle bone disease, a condition that taught her early on what setbacks, injuries, and physical limitations truly feel like. Instead of letting it define her, she stepped into the gym as a teenager to strengthen the muscles that would protect her bones. That decision became the foundation of her lifelong commitment to movement, strength, and self‑advocacy.
As she grew older, Jen faced the realities many women do — premenopausal changes, mood swings, depression, and the emotional shift of becoming an empty nester. She understands firsthand how life’s transitions can affect motivation, energy, and confidence. And because she’s lived it, she coaches with empathy, honesty, and zero judgment.
During COVID, Jen built a home gym — not just for herself, but as a way to bond with her son, who was training for high school football and powerlifting. That season reminded her how powerful strength training can be for connection, confidence, and family. She later returned full‑time to the gym to help her daughter prepare for Army bootcamp, proving once again that strength is something you build together.
Over the years, Jen has helped countless friends and clients begin their fitness journeys, guiding them through the same obstacles she’s faced — fear, doubt, injury, inconsistency, and life’s curveballs.
